The participant of the RFP is obliged to make a security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of the lot (excluding VAT) as security for the application for participation in the RFP.
The participant recognized as the Winner of the PO is obliged to make a security payment in cash in the amount of 5% of the cost of the work specified in the final commercial offer (excluding VAT), to the NTEC account at the details specified in Appendix No. 4 to the Instruction, during 10 days from the receipt of notification of recognition of the Participant as the Winner of the PO until the conclusion of the contract.
