Обоснование: Согласно требований п. 12.8.17 «Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ и услуг ОАО «Коммунэнерго» признать процедуру открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «Ремонт зданий и трансформаторных подстанций ОАО «Коммунэнерго» несостоявшейся в виду того, что поступило только одно конкурентное предложение соотвествующее требованиям Документации по открытому запросу предложений в электронной форме.
На основании п.11.8.3.1 а) «Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ и услуг ОАО «Коммунэнерго», а также учитывая мнение членов экспертной группы и членов ЗК об отсутствии целесообразности проведения новой закупки в связи с отсутствием лимита времени провести закупку на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «Ремонт зданий и трансформаторных подстанций ОАО «Коммунэнерго» методом «Закупка у единственного поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя)»
