2 Appointment of KIM
The ZEISS ACCURA 9/12/8 coordinate measuring machine (hereinafter referred to as the CMM) is designed to determine the geometric parameters of the etalon and working threaded calibers, sockets and nipples of graphitized electrodes.
3 Purpose.
Ensuring the smooth operation of the CMM.
4 Description of the types of maintenance work.
List of routine maintenance work to perform a full t.o. on the CMM (with the turntable option):
1. Survey of the KIM user about the presence of technical malfunctions of the KIM
2. Analysis of the actual state of the CMM and possible errors
3. Preliminary backup of CNC files (not workstation)
4. Dismantling of CMM casings. External inspection.
5. Compressed air preparation unit:
a. Check that there are no leaks of compressed air
b. Check the operating pressure
c. Checking the filter elements for contamination and replacement if there are spare items.
d. Checking the relay for automatic air intake into the CMM system
e. Cleaning the preparation unit
6. General inspection of the CMM electrical equipment.

b. External inspection of wires and plug connections
7. Inspection of the control cabinet and the control panel of the CMM.

11. Control and cleaning of CMM guides
12. Control and adjustment of the vertical axis of the CMM (Z). Balancer, protective tor-moz.
13. Control and adjustment of air bearings in the CMM system (working pressure, air gaps)
14. Control of the drive system.
a. Adjustment of the output control stages
b. Checking the operation of the protective shutdown

15. Reference coordinate system on all axes.
a. External inspection and cleaning of the reference scales
b. Adjustment of the signal from the reference sensors (shape and voltage)

16. Control and adjustment of the measuring head.
17. Checking the operation of limit switches on all axes of the CMM. Verification of the freewheel of the CMM inside the declared measurement range.
18. Check of CMM security systems: red buttons, input pressure control, joystick lock.
19. Mechanical adjustment of the mutual perpendicularity of the coordinate axes of the CMM.
20. Cleaning and adjustment of the KIM turntable. Checking positioning, optimizing motion characteristics.
21. Assembly of the CMM housings and checking the movement of the CMM assembly on all axes.
22. Preliminary tuning measurements on the end measures of length (KMD).
23. Control measurements to check the accuracy of the CMM according to the manufacturer's methodology in the presence of the verifier of the FBU "Rostov CSM". Formation of protocols, registration of measurement results.
24. Data backup (CNC only! Backup files of the workstation is performed by the KIM user).
25. Calibration of the automatic probe change magazine.
26. Discussion of the results of work with the customer.
5. Completeness
The CMM kit is shown in Table 2.

6. Requirements for the contractor
The executor is obliged to:
6.1 in your technical and commercial proposal, specify the cost, detailed information on the types of work, the procedure and terms of payment;
6.2 have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work;
6.2.1. to carry out the work by their competent specialists who have an employment relationship with the Contractor;
6.2.2. the competence of the Contractor's specialists must be confirmed by the manufacturer's certificates of completion of training on KIM Accura II;
6.2.3. The Contractor's specialists must have competencies in Calypso software, confirmed by the manufacturer's certificates.
6.3 observe the norms, rules and instructions on labor protection and fire safety at the Customer's facility;
6.4. immediately inform the Customer in writing about the detected inability to obtain the expected results or about the inexpediency of continuing the work;
6.5. perform work in full compliance with the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer, including the volume and quality of work performed;
6.6. perform work with own tools and equipment;
6.7. do not interfere with the Customer's employees when observing and training the work procedure;
6.8. prepare information on the required stock of special components in the Customer's warehouse;
6.9. in case of identifying the need for the supply/replacement of spare parts that are not available in the Customer's warehouse, the Contractor is obliged to inform the Customer in writing, together with the certificate of work performed.
The Contractor's message must contain: the name of the spare part and its number; quantity; unit price and total price; reason for replacement.
6.10. The Contractor, in order to interact with the Customer's specialists on technical support issues, performs by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and other means of communication.
7. Terms of work
7.1 The term of the works specified in clause 4. 26.06.2024 – 07.07.2024
8. Warranty
8.1 The warranty period for the quality of the work performed is at least 12 months from the date of signing the act of work performed.
