This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The Customer is also entitled to refuse to conduct a request for quotations at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

Participants should provide documents confirming the experience of performing these works at the enterprises of the chemical and petrochemical industries (letters from customers, etc.).
A prerequisite for participation is the provision of a set of documents specified in the files: "SB List of documents of counterparties, SB Form 135 for filling out and the questionnaire for assessing the qualifications of the contracting organization for HSE, general information about the company
