2. Place of work: The territory of the customer (JSC "EPM-NEZ").

3. The object (technical device).
Robotic system for producing graphite nipples, comprising: Two (2) machining center ROMI G550, saw FRIGGI, suction EXTOR 4100 r5 system robot FANUC, a conveyor system for measuring "nipple".

4. List and the volume of work performed:
4.1. Contractor undertakes to perform work for the annual maintenance of the equipment of the Customer (hereinafter - works) in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer.
4.2. Name of the equipment, the list of works and terms of services specified in Appendix №1 to the present terms of reference. Artist, acting as a competent person, hereby declares that the list and the scope of work specified in Annex №1, fully comply with routine maintenance established by the manufacturer for maintenance. Carrying out other work other than maintenance work in the Appendix №1 is not required.
4.3. Artist also undertakes in the event of conclusion of the agreement at the request of the Customer to supply spare parts (hereinafter - the product) according to the list given in Appendix №2.

5. Turnaround time: within 12 calendar months from the date of signing of the Treaty on condition that all works regulated by the technical documentation of equipment assigned to the first year of operation. The starting date and duration of work are agreed with the customer in writing no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event.

6. Delivery of materials, equipment and lifting facilities for the performance of work.
6.1. Works are carried out with the use of materials, special equipment and
6.2. Lifting equipment, assembly equipment for cargo-handling machinery, tools and all the supplies to them, PPE, electric welding, gas-Slitter, and other equipment necessary for the work provided by the Contractor.
6.3. Davits provided by the Customer, the operator crane provides artist.
6.4. Materials and components from the warehouse of the Customer at the installation location delivers Artist.

7. Requirements to the Contractor.
7.1. The Contractor shall perform the work in full compliance with the recommendations of the manufacturer of equipment, including the volume and quality of work performed.
7.2. The Contractor shall perform the work of their own tools and equipment, through its competent professionals who have an employment relationship with the Contractor.
7.3. Artist in a commercial proposal indicates the order of payment and other conditions of work.
7.4. Certification manager, engineers and industrial safety and labor protection of performers at the GCO.
7.5. Providing measures for health and safety of safe work methods of production at the site.
7.6. In the case of justified remarks to the staff on the quality of work, safety violations as well as violations of an administrative nature, at the request of the Customer's specialists Contractor shall immediately replace these workers.
7.7. Made no qualitative work must be redone due to the Contractor and delivered to the customer.
7.8. Accommodation in the sanitary facilities of workers engaged in the execution of this work produces Artist. The customer, when possible, can lead placement of workers on a contractual basis.
7.9. Artist for quotation making reasonable pricing for all the labor required for servicing the equipment robotized complex. The Contractor shall coordinate with the customer, developed calculation, linear implementation schedule, ERP, PPC, and routings for all the necessary work - within no more than 15 calendar days after the announcement of the winner of the tender.
7.10. Garbage collection of all categories to landfills receiving industrial waste carried Transportation is provided by the Customer, on the provisional application of the Contractor. Costs of waste disposal in all categories in landfills receiving industrial waste borne by the Customer.
7.11. Loading garbage is provided by the Contractor and mechanisms.
7.12. You must have the SROs for these types of jobs.

8. Payment terms: month, within thirty (30) days after the bank of the results provided that the work is done properly and within the agreed time. Work considered to be satisfied when the Parties sign the Act of acceptance of work performed (KS-2) and a certificate of the value of work performed and costs (Form CS-3).

9. Warranty on the work performed: 12 months after the end of the work.

10. Special conditions: services and work carried out in the existing shop. Schedule agreed with the shop (TSMOEP) and factory services (PA, ED et al.). The technical documentation is available to the Contractor only on the industrial site of JSC "EPM-NEZ".

11. Documents required for registration in UOTiPB permit-to-work contractors:
1. Copies of certificates (CPO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. Copies of the briefing on occupational safety briefing from the magazine.
3. ERP, PPC, or RTI.
4. Copies of the protocol of certification of work on labor protection.
5. Copies of the certification certificates ITR on labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When working on gas, on vessels, working under pressure, with the use of lifting equipment, lifts (towers), in electrical, hot work - copies of licenses for each type of work.
6. Medical admission personnel.
7. Gazoelektrosvarschikov copies of certificates, slingers, crane operators, hoist (towers). For gazoelektrosvarschikov - a copy of attestation protocols on the fire-technical minimum.
Before the start of registration attire - admission all employees of contracting organization, including managers, are required to undergo induction training in UOTiPB (you should have a proof of identity and age). In the production of the work, all employees must have a certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment required to perform this type of work.
In the case of expiry of any document work permit is not granted to the submission of a new document.
