Обоснование: Критерии, по которым АО «Хакассетьремонт» признано победителем:
- наименьшая стоимость исполнения договора;
- опыт работы на сложных объектах электроэнергетики до 110 кВ;
- наличие собственной спец. техники, квалифицированного персонала, электролаборатории;
- отсрочка платежа 60 дней;

Предмет договора: «Разработка рабочей документации, строительство объектов электроснабжения угольного склада и перегрузочной площадки».
Стоимость работ: 3 849 624 руб. без учёта НДС
Срок выполнения работ: Декабрь 2017г.
Условия оплаты – предоплата 35%, оставшиеся 65% в течение 60 дней по факту подписания актов выполненных работ.
