Payment terms:Payment for Services rendered shall be made in the following order:
a) the final settlement is carried out by the Customer with a delay of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services, provided that Executor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills, etc. - will be an advantage. Submission of an application on other payment terms is not a ground for rejection of an application.
