1.5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority.
1.6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign the documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of Attorney.
1.7. Commercial offer for the supply of goods (estimates)
1.8. SRO certificate
2. This procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer a corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Procurement Organizer and the Winner will be concluded within 10 business days after the determination date.
