Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.
Real competitive procedure for preliminary choice of Provider made in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the tender Organizer in the implementation of the request for proposals, which (as she carried out the screening procedure of the Contractor) is not an offer, auction or competition and not governed by article 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061, part 2 of the civil code.

The validity of Your proposal should be at least one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of receipt of Your proposal. If during the validity of the proposal, your company will be contracted, then the validity of your proposal remains unchanged until the fulfillment of obligations under the contract.
1. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing in its sole discretion and without explanation between multiple potential suppliers-participants of competitive procedures.

The winner(s) bidding shall be approved by the Chairman of the tender Committee, the results of the aggregate of all factors (price, deferred payment, the presence /absence of advance payment, warranty, standard conditions of Rusagro, the deadlines, the lack of impediments to performance of the contract, the quality and completeness of documentation).
8. All trades are for companies Rusagro on the electronic trading site B2B free. EDS is currently not required.

10. Presence on the testing of products in SC subject to prior arrangement. Bidders in the preparation and development proposals are required to use the listed annexes to this invitation to submit all the documents constituting the tender offer, in accordance with their requirements.
