The works are divided into 3 lots. A list of defects is attached to each lot.
1.The Commercial Proposal is accepted according to the attached Requirements Specification.
2.The priority is a supplier capable of covering all the need according to the Requirements Specification. 3. The term of work from 25.04-24.05.2024 (30 days)
4. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
