Payment terms:IC Consent LLC makes a prepayment in the amount of 50% of the cost of work under the contract on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor within 10 (ten) business days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The remaining 50% of the cost of the Agreement is paid by IC "Consent" LLC for 10 (ten) workers after the fulfillment of all obligations under the contract in full, of adequate quality and the signing of the Act by both Parties and the receipt of the invoice by the Customer and other necessary making calculations of documents stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The contractor shall have the right to request clarification on this documentation from the Buyer. Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing at the e-marketplace.
