Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

The request is carried out according to the statistical volume of the need. The data are statistics of the expenditure of past periods, an approximate amount, and are not a guarantee of Calling for Bids of this volume during the period.
Supply tolerance +/-10%.
The products are shipped according to the bids of the plant or Metalloinvest Corporate Service LLC.
If your company has not been checked by the Security Department of METALLOIVEST Management Company,
for further work and inclusion of your legal entity in the list of potential suppliers, we ask you to be accredited.

Please note that successful completion of the accreditation procedure is possible only if you provide a completed supplier questionnaire, as well as a complete set of supporting documents.

For further participation in the procedures for choosing the source of supply for the needs of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, accreditation is MANDATORY!

Companies that do not have the serial status of the supplied products may submit proposals for consideration of economic efficiency and the possibility of application.
Requirements for the supply of experimental, pilot batches:
Upon receipt of unsatisfactory test results, the Supplier makes a 100% refund of the funds paid by JSC "OEMK named after A.A. Ugarov" for the goods, within 14 days from the date of receipt of excerpts from the conclusion of the test results.

1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier who offered the lowest price (industrial supplier) and 100% deferred payment of 127 k/days;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time;
4. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 365 days.
5. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in (specified in the Bid Notice of the request for proposals) at the seller's expense.
6. The Contract is concluded in the form of a Buyer;
7. Confirm the possibility of working on EDI (electronic document management Contour.Dyadok).
