Payment terms:Оплата оказанных услуг производится на основании подписанных Сторонами актов о приемке выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и справок о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3 в следующем порядке: 50% путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств платежными поручениями на расчетный счет Подрядчика с отсрочкой платежа 45 календарных дней с момента выполнения работ, 50% - путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств платежными поручениями на расчетный счет Подрядчика с отсрочкой платежа 90 дней с момента выполнения работ или векселями по предъявлении, но не ранее 90 дней с даты эмиссии (по соглашению сторон).
