In the event of change or cancellation of the Request, expenses incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those related to participation in negotiations, shall not be reimbursed.

Selection of the most advantageous offer for JSC "Salavatsteklo" is carried out taking into account the evaluation of the following criteria:
- payment is preferred within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- It is preferable to conclude the Contract according to the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo" (the form of the contract can be provided to the selection participant upon request);
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse participation in the Request in the following cases:
- no offer containing price, delivery time, terms of delivery and payment;
- commercial offer received after the deadline; $
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the offer contains false information;
- the person submitting the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him; $
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refuse.$
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
