Suppliers Guild LLC must provide the following documents:
1. copies of documents confirming the location of the counterparty (copies of the lease agreement or certificate of ownership. If the location and the actual address do not match – copies of the letter to the tax authority about this fact);
2. Copies of documents confirming the possibility of fulfilling the terms of the contract (availability of production facilities, warehouses for storing products, relevant equipment, vehicles, relevant staff, etc. Copies of property documents, lease agreements, services, list of production facilities, extract from the staffing table, subcontracting, outsourcing, etc. documents or certificate on behalf of the counterparty in any form confirming the possibility of fulfilling the terms of the agreement);
3. Boom. reporting for 9 months. 2023. certified by the seal and signature of the head;
4. a copy of the VAT declaration for the 1st quarter of 2023, 2nd quarter of 2023, 3rd quarter of 2023, 4th quarter of 2023 with marks of acceptance by the tax authority;
5. a copy of the income tax return for the 3rd quarter of 2023 with marks of acceptance by the tax authority;
6. RSV form for the 4th quarter of 2023 with marks of acceptance by the tax authority;
7. a certificate on the fulfillment by the taxpayer of the obligation to pay taxes and fees or a certificate on the availability of a positive, negative or zero balance of the taxpayer's single tax account as of the date of the certificate formation, the certificate must be on the current date, with the mark of the tax inspectorate or provide a receipt on the acceptance by the tax inspectorate of a request for the provision of these information services.
