Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery to the terminal of the Business Lines TC or PEC in Belgorod, or to the buyer's warehouse by and at the expense of the supplier.

Comments:
1) When setting the KP, it is necessary to specify:
- separately the cost of the goods and separately the cost of delivery;
- delivery time.
2) The supplied products must be new, have a warranty.
3) Certificates of conformity, quality certificates (other documents confirming the quality) must be attached to the products

4) Suppliers who have won the tender of proposals for the first time need to conclude a standard contract with the buyer.
5) The proposals of the participants that do not correspond to the subject of the purchase (i.e. analogues), unless otherwise specified in the procurement documentation, will not be considered.
