Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the total amount of the specification within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of delivery of the batch of Goods specified in the specification, in accordance with clause 1 and signing of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, UPD without comment.
Delivery terms:
Delivery by delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Facility, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
