Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for delivered goods shall be made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) BANK days after delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer.
Either payment for goods can be made by the buyer by transferring bills to the Supplier. The transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance-transfer. From the moment of transfer of the bill the Buyer is considered to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for goods.

In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
