Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a participant in the request for proposals who:
1. Using an electronic document management system. (MODEL EDO Agreement).
2. Ready within 3 calendar days, after informing the organizer of the procedure about the recognition of the winner in the request for proposals, will read and send to the initiator the completed Model Contract PJSC Highest, without a protocol of disagreement, which is attached to the request for proposals documentation.
3. Ready to open a current account with Lanta Bank (JSC) within 5 (5) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, for the purpose of making payments under the contract for which a request for proposals has been conducted"
This request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code.
