Advance payment is not provided. Payment within 30 banking days from the date of delivery, subject to the provision of the original invoice, waybill, and other related documents.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to the participants in this procedure in electronic form -participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
