Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Prepayment of 30% within 5 days from the date of signing the contract, 30% - within 5 days from the receipt of notification of readiness for shipment, 40% - within 5 days from the date of signing the Equipment Acceptance Certificate.
Delivery terms:
The supplier indicates the minimum time for the manufacture and delivery of equipment.
Delivery is carried out to the Buyer's warehouse at the expense of the Supplier.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
