The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:1. Delivery of the material to the facility according to the VOR in Appendix A;
2. Unloading of material at the place of work;
3. Installation (extension) of handrails of 1-3 floors;
4. Welding of the missing angle of rigidity to the steps;
5. Painting in accordance with the basic design of the stairs.
6. Preparation of executive documentation and its delivery to the Customer.

Comments:
All work is carried out "turnkey" with materials and by the Contractor.
The cost of work includes delivery of equipment and materials to the
facility, consumables, travel expenses and other
costs.
Sandwich panels must be protected from negative impacts
during welding operations.

1. Work should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standards (GOST R
53254-2009 "Fire equipment. Fire stairs are external stationary.
Roof fences", PUE 7, POTEE, etc.), operating on the territory of the Russian Federation,
working documentation and this Technical Task.
2. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the
equipment and materials used are documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration;
3. The materials, equipment, tools used must
comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have

required certificates and permissions

Access and on-site entrances to the places of work are organized.

The customer provides a connection point in the construction site area.

The contractor independently provides its needs for technical and household water supply.

The guarantee for the work performed by the Contractor is 5 years.

The contractor is obliged to strictly comply with the requirements for OT, TB and PB in
accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and to carry out the following list of measures during the performance of contract work: -
organizational measures; - technical measures; - measures to provide personal protective equipment; - medical and preventive and sanitary measures. All employees must have the qualification certificates necessary to perform the work. Before the start of contract work, be instructed in the field of occupational safety and fire safety with an entry in the briefing logs. The Contractor is obliged to immediately respond to all comments from the Customer on violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB, and immediately eliminate them. The customer has the right to stop the contractor's work until the violations are eliminated. The Customer has the right to impose a fine on the Contractor for non-compliance with the Customer's requirements to eliminate
violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB.
At the end of the work, the contractor is obliged to remove construction debris from
the site.
