1. Acceptance of the customer's contract text
2. The approximate amount of the contract is 23 000 000 rub. Without VAT.
3. The customer has the right to increase the amount of services without increasing the amount of the contract, if such services do not exceed 10%.

5. The contractor is responsible for the quality and timely execution of the services.
6. The cost of the service should include all costs of the contractor (transport, travel, invoices and other expenses related to the provision of this service) and is not subject to adjustment in the direction of increase.
7. You can adjust the amount of work and the total cost of the contract in the lower side after the request quotations (bidding).
8. The customer has the right at any time, unilaterally, to change the volume and the total cost of works performed under the contract, notifying the contractor not less than 30 days.
9. Dispatch of the equipment to the re-cutting and after execution of works is made on the basis of the invoice of the unified form M-15 or on the form № 1-T.
10. Services are provided in accordance with the existing standards of PJSC "Tatneft".
11. Provide, together with the quotation quote, the cost of the services rendered.
12. The period of performance of works is within 20 working days from the date of delivery of the consignment.
13. Provide fiberglass tubing, necessary technical and accompanying documentation (certificate, etc.).
14. To carry out the accounting of accepted for re-cutting as well as repaired fiberglass tubing by quantity and types, and to provide written information to the customer every month.
15. To eliminate the identified deficiencies in their own forces and at their own expense at detection of poorly executed works during the warranty period, or to compensate the customer for losses, as well as to compensate the customer expenses on the basis of the submitted claim with Application of calculations on liquidation of premature refusal due to the repaired by the contractor of fiberglass tubing, if it is proved by the investigation of the Commission with participation of interested parties.
16. If the contractor does not eliminate the deficiencies within 10 working days, the customer has the right to remove the identified deficiencies independently or by involving third parties. In this case the contractor shall reimburse the expenses incurred by the customer within ten days from the date of presentation of the relevant request by the customer. Reimbursement of expenses and payment of a fine do not exempt the contractor from the proper performance of its obligations under the contract.
17. To take part in the Commission on investigation of the reasons of poor performance of works, to provide the Commission with all materials necessary for investigation of poorly executed works.
18. Provide within 5 days the certificate of acceptance of executed works and invoice for payment from the date of delivery in accordance with the mark in the consignment note on receipt of cargo, but not later than the 1st day of the month following the reporting.
19. To provide the customer with an opportunity to supervise the performance of works at all stages and in this connection to provide normative and technical documentation according to which works and other necessary information are performed. To provide unimpeded access of the customer's representatives to the place of performance of works, as well as to all its sites on processing of pumping rods, storage place of material and technical resources, including for carrying out of inventory.
20. The equipment, accepted in repair, the contractor is obliged to keep on a covered platform and in such a way, to avoid its spoiling, damage. The contractor is responsible for the guilty actions resulting in loss, shortage, damage to property. In these cases, the contractor shall at the customer's choice either reimburse the value of the property or provide similar equipment within a month of receipt of the relevant requirement. The value of the property is determined according to the accounting records of the customer at the time when the customer learned about the loss, shortage, damage to property. The contractor shall immediately, from the moment of detection, notify the customer of loss, shortage, damage of property.
21. At the end of the period (month) on the last day of the month the Parties agree on the Act of Reconciliation on the movement of fiberglass tubing.
22. Delivery in repair and shipment to the customer the results of performed works are carried out by the contractor.
23. Export of fiberglass pumping and compressor pipes for work execution and delivery to the customer the results of the performed works are carried out by the contractor on the following requisites:

26. The contractor undertakes for the time, not less than 1 day (working time), to notify about the forthcoming arrival of transport to the base of the Criminal Code of LLC "TMS Group".
27. The contractor undertakes to complete each package of glass-plastic tubing tubing with the necessary information. The tag must be protected from moisture by lamination. Inscriptions on the tag should be clearly executed in pencil or ink, not fading in the sun.
28. The customer reserves the right to:
