Payment terms:Payment of the Goods shall be made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the receipt of the Goods by the Consignee
Delivery terms:Mandatory requirements for the participants of the competition:
1) prices should be indicated on the terms of DDP (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
2) the goods must be of original factory production, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of the TMC.
3) it is necessary to attach:
- official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed TMC. Proposals without an official CP will not be considered. The validity period of the offer is not less than 30 calendar days;
- dealer certificate
- referent-list
- financial statements for the last period
- enterprise card with details
4) the supplier should be able to exchange documents through the "Contur.Diadok" system;
5) requirements to the contract form - according to the form of the buyer.
6) the packaging shall ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, a marking label in the form of the Buyer shall be pasted on each place;
