As a result of the procedure, a competitive card is required to complete the KP on the attached form.
Conditions of delivery (mandatory):
1. Prices include shipping up to g. Krasnoyarsk.
The cost of the products include packing and if necessary crate of the goods.
2. Specify the product's delivery time and shipment address.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify product ratio. If a dealer, representative, or distributor, attach the status documents.
4. Attach documents confirming the product's manufacturer and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. The products must be new, not used. The products must meet the attached technical task;
6. Specify warranty terms for the Item. It must be calculated from the time the TMC enters service.
7. Specify the dimensions of each item and the common lot (mass, volume).
8. On shipment, a packing sheet must be attached to each cargo seat according to the form set by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo area.
9. When forming an application to participate in the procedure, fill in the additional offer fields (5 pcs). The fields should be filled in informatively, without comment - "in KP".

The criteria for determining Winner
1. Compliance with the proposed products to the terms of the technical task, Customer's approval.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Krasnoyarsk.
3. Item ready time for shipment.
4. Participant's relation to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.

In the KP, you must specify:
1) The cost of TMC with VAT, subject to delivery to Buyer's warehouse, subject to packaging (The package must be only according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 requirements). The CP must necessarily reflect the total amount. The cost must be final, firm, include all extra costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) The cost of shipping to the warehouse with VAT;
3) Relation to products - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. You must download a document confirming the status of dealer, representative.

4) Delivery time to Buyer's warehouse.
5) Method of transportation.
6) Transportation Conditions:

7) Product Warranty. You must specify the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date on which the warranty begins, (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
8) Warranty replacement period.
9) Aftermarket service (indicate where applicable to the product. Do you provide service services, training, advice on various issues related to the goods delivered. Specify the company that performs service services to the goods delivered)
10) Experience in supplying this product on the market (attach a reference list)
11) Estimated volume and weight (per entire volume).
12) Consent to the contract.
13) Availability of stock in warehouses.
14) Products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the TKP display;
15) Certificates of Conformity, Passport, Quality Certificate, Safety Passport, Tare Certificate
16) Before shipment, you must provide a photo map of the product packaging, photo marking of goods (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Code of the Russian Civil Code;
