I ask you to take part in the competition for the conclusion of a supply agreement for goods and materials for OJSC MZ Arsenal.
The winner will be determined by a combination of the following factors:
- cost of goods and materials;
- delivery time after signing the contract;
- payment terms (delay of at least 20 working days after delivery)
- the validity period of the commercial proposal is not less than 30 calendar days.
- consent to work under a standard contract of OJSC "MZ" Arsenal "
The winner will be selected at the total minimum cost of goods and materials, ceteris paribus.
