Comments:
I ask you to take part in the tender for the conclusion of the contract for the supply of goods and materials for OJSC MZ Arsenal.
The winner will be determined by a combination of the following factors:
- cost of goods and materials;
- delivery time after signing the contract;
- terms of payment (deferral of at least 30 working days after delivery)
- the commercial proposal is valid for at least 30 calendar days.
- agreement to work under the standard contract of OJSC MZ Arsenal with the opening of the OBS in accordance with 275-FZ.
- if there are products in the Supplier's warehouse, provide a copy of the Manufacturer's Certificate to prevent the possible use of products with counterfeit certificates;
- the Supplier has a valid QMS Certificate GOST R ISO 9001
The choice of the winner will be made at the total minimum cost of goods and materials, all other things being equal. agreement to work under the standard contract of OJSC MZ Arsenal with the opening of the OBS in accordance with 275-FZ.
