Directing an offer (offer) Supplier warrants that is a bona fide taxpayer. At buyer's request the Supplier shall provide tax reporting for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to ensure the integrity of the Supplier, the Purchaser shall have the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier for the supply, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
