Auto-extension

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and possessing the rights of the System Participant.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Kordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the supply on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating the delivery time of the minimum batch for each item from the date of signing the specification to the contract.
7) The choice of the winner is made for each item separately (item-by-item purchase) based on the minimum prices, with a significant price difference, purchase by lot can be selected
8) If the winner, for any reason, refuses to supply a certain position at the price offered for the competition, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier who submitted to the competition the second cheapest offer for this position.
