Comments: Participant shall attach a commercial proposal, executed on the company's letterhead paper and signed by the responsible person, and quality passport and conformity certificate. The quotation submitted via e-marketplace functionality, shall conform with the price stated in the commercial proposal.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- cost of goods and materials including VAT, including packaging,
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method
- cost of delivery
When applying for participation in the request for proposals, you must attach the constituent documents (the list is supported by the documentation).
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
