Payment terms:100 (One hundred)% of the price of the goods is payable within 20 business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with a payment invoice, original invoice and invoices drawn up in accordance with requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. If you violate the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.

Comments:
Participant shall attach a commercial proposal, executed on the company's letterhead paper and signed by the responsible person, and quality passport and conformity certificate. The quotation submitted via e-marketplace functionality, shall conform with the price stated in the commercial proposal.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Request to participants in the procedure to familiarize themselves with the contract. The terms of the contract are not subject to editing, protocols of disagreements are not accepted.
Participants who have not submitted documents for verification are not allowed to be considered.
