Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trading and purchasing system "B2B-Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that he agrees, if he is declared the winner, to conclude a delivery contract in the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating: delivery terms, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer.
