Comments:
1) Member must be a user registered with the B2B Cordiant Trading System at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the Member's rights Systems.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to opt out of the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without liability.
4) If the supplier is bidding, it agrees if declared the winner to enter into a delivery contract on the standard form of Cordiant JSC without the protocol of disagreement and to make the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
