Payment terms:The postponement of payment for at least 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:Time for the delivery of the whole range of goods and materials for the needs of the branch of AO "Cordiant" in Yaroslavl: till November 15, 2016. Transportation costs for delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Yaroslavl, Sovetskaya Str. 81 shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System. 2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt incurring no liability. 4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement. 5) Be sure to attach a Commercial Offer specifying delivery time, payment terms, guaranteed service life and manufacturer of the supplied products. 6) Contact person: Maria Poruchikova
