1. Вывоз товара производится собственным транспортом Покупателя с территории баз УК ООО «ТМС групп».
2. Покупатель обязан обеспечить вывоз не менее 90% объема товара согласно сроков и условии спецификации.
3. Покупатель обязан обеспечить вывоз товара не менее 4-мя единицами транспорта в каждый рабочий день по заявке Поставщика.
4. Покупатель не предъявляет претензий по качеству товара.
