Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of the goods by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided without VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of DDP terms of delivery - Kogalym (travel expenses not reimbursed separately).
Delivery of production is carried supplier to the buyer's warehouse database BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" taking into account all costs and risks of delivery

Required loadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of the offer with prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. Reference list;
3. Approvals (conformity certificate, permission to apply if the products are subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and seal of the enterprise.
Submission of a proposal from the participant is meeting all the requirements specified in the request to the range of goods, as well as your acceptance of the terms of the contract and specifications.

Comments:
Delivery of production is carried out in separate batches throughout the year, and the relevant accounting documents are issued in the terms set out in the specification.

Comments:
1. RFQ carried out in relation to the total (annual) product number with the delivery of goods produced uneven batches throughout the year, the number of goods in each lot, as well as the delivery of each party agreed in the specification.
2. Mandatory provision in electronic form and send together with the product quality certificates, passports manufacturers for the products offered.
3. The cost of production has to be constant throughout the delivery period.
4. Supplier Selection is done at a minimal cost to the cost of delivery to the supplier's warehouse in the town of Kogalym, on the basis of 100% payment of the goods by the buyer within 45 days from the end of the month of delivery, based on the invoice and original source documents confirming delivery, designed in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and provided by suppliers in accordance with para. 4.5. actual agreement.

The winner of the bidding process is determined, with the consent of the signing of the model contract without controversy, on the following criteria:
1. The minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery of products;
3. product quality;
4. The reliability of the supplier;

1. Attention of the Organizer will be given to suppliers with experience in the delivery of these products.
2. Submission of a proposal from the participant is meeting all the requirements specified in the request to the range of goods, as well as the acceptance of the provisions of the contract and specification.
3. The supplied products shall be new.
4. The cost of production has to be constant throughout the delivery period.
5. At the same time the certificate of quality (compliance) is provided with a supply of products.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This RFQ is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the application deadline.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
