Comments: 1) KP is accepted simultaneously in two forms on the letterhead and in the form enclosed in the procurement documentation in EXCEL format! All items of the form are mandatory!
2) The proposed products shall comply with the original requirements attached to the documentation;
3) Must be attached: license for manufacture of steel structures, certificates of conformity in ISO quality management system, certificate of NACS, passports, technical description, drawing of the project; documents, proof of quality; $
4) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience with the supplier;
5) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of documents to the Customer by e-mail mail.
6) When archiving documentation, please use only ZIP format.
