Payment terms:
Deferred payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. In the event of an advance payment, the Supplier is obliged to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the prepayment amount issued by a bank rated among the fifty largest banks in Russia or international banks, with a rating of not less BB + / Baa2. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products. Delivery date is the date of products transfer to the Buyer upon signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer’s warehouse: Mezhdurechensk, Yuzhnaya promzona, Skladskoye khozyaystvo Delivery time of goods: minimum. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the price of the item. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Yuzhnaya Promzona, Warehouse. Delivery time of goods: minimum from the moment of signing the Agreement by the Buyer. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the Parties additionally.
The products must be accompanied by all mandatory documents confirming their quality and origin.

Comments: MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization, a certificate of conformity, permission to use, a dealer certificate with manufacturing plants or confirmation of the supplier's status, reference list.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, it is mandatory to provide the documents specified in the procurement documentation.

Also, the offer must be accompanied by a letter signed by the head of the enterprise, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the offered products to the original.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
The quantity on request can be changed in case of changes in applications from enterprises.
