Comments:
1. Acceptance of the customer's contract text
2. This lot is a procedure of price coordination with the further conclusion of a long-term contract for the period up to 31.12.2019 and fixation of prices for the validity of the contract.
3. The planned amount of the contract is 1 000 000 rub. 00 CPC (with VAT).
4. Each consignment of products to be delivered shall have the following original supporting documents:
- Certificates of conformity with blue seal or quality passports with blue seal, technical passports of the product, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation-1 copies.
- Original invoice-1 copies.
- Commodity waybill (Form № torg-12)-2 copies.
The invoice and the consignment note on the form Torg-12 are transferred to the buyer together with the products.
5. The customer reserves the right to:
• At any time to refuse the continuation of this procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, not to respond to the received offers and not to give comments, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with the supplier, whose offer Recognized as the best result of the procurement procedure. At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the supplier independently, and these expenses shall not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
• Distribute the volume of supply between suppliers who have submitted the best commercial offers.
6. The customer has the right to refuse the conclusion of the contract without explanation.
7. The specified quantity in the lot is not indicative annual requirement-possible increase/decrease.
8. Delivery will be carried out only on actual need with signature specification.
9. Payment within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the goods and originals of invoices "by the buyer".
10. Participation in the lot means acceptance of the above conditions in full. In the future, the contract text is not subject to change.
