Compulsory loading of a commercial offer by the participating organization.
A winning entity that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal for three days will have to provide the documents necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
1. A copy of the extract from EGRUL, EGRIP on a counterparty issued by the inspection of the Russian Federation FNS no more than 30 calendar days prior to the date of delivery. (the document may be provided electronically).
2. Copy of the decision to appoint the head of the counterparty (minutes of the meeting of participants (shareholders), decision of sole founder).
3. Copy of the Statute marked by FSN
4. Counterparty questionnaire
5. Copies of powers of attorney on persons entitled to sign documents on behalf of the counterparty.
6. Copy Contract State Registration Certificate (OGRN, OGRNIP).
7. Copy of the Certificate of Accounting (INN).
8. Copy of VAT declaration (1, 2 sheets) or Copy of the application marked by the FNS for the OIA or UNVD transition.
9. No tax debt certificate.
Please note that this request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functions of the electronic marketplace, the Procedure Organizer is free to accept an offer from such participant email IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru by uploading this offer to the site by yourself using the System functionality, subject to the following conditions:
- Participant must be registered with the System;
-Offer must arrive at the email address within 4 business hours prior to the Notification Ending Time for Offers with Mandatory Notification that person in charge on the phone.
The documents must be a formal letter to the Procurement Organizer asking the Procurement Organizer to post an electronic version of his offer and to waive any claims relating to the fact that The Offer in the System will not be placed by the Participant himself.
