Preference will be given to Bidders with a deferred payment of at least 60 days from the date of full delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
If the Supplier requires an advance payment, the Supplier undertakes to provide a Bank Guarantee from the Supplier's bank for the entire amount of the advance payment. Information on readiness to provide a bank guarantee must be indicated in the bid form, in clause8 of the Payment Terms.

If the requested documents are not submitted in accordance with the Bid Notice, the offer is automatically withdrawn from the tender.
Required documents:
1) Bid on letterhead
2) Specification in Excel format
3) Bidder questionnaire in Word format.

The validity period of the Commercial Proposal must be at least 30 calendar days

The price should include the cost of products, VAT, transportation costs, duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
