Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferral of payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until 15.10.2020. We are ready to consider delivery time proposed by the Supplier. Transportation of goods to the carrier's warehouse in Omsk shall be at the Supplier's expense.

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the supply on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating: delivery time, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer.
