If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferral of payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until 01/30/2020. We are ready to consider delivery time proposed by the Supplier. Transportation of goods to the carrier's warehouse in Omsk shall be at the Supplier's expense.

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) The organizer of the tender has the right to refuse to conduct the tender procedure at any time, without explaining the reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the participants. Holding a tender is not an auction conducted in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
4) If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, in the event of his being declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL (hereinafter "KP") DURING THE MAIN STAGE AND REARRELATIONS indicating the delivery time and payment terms, and a Certificate (representative, partner ...), applications for participation without attached commercial offers are not considered.
The supplier's commercial proposal must contain the information in accordance with the request, the seal of the organization and the signature of the authorized person.
6) Prices must correspond to the currency announced at the auction, otherwise commercial offers are not considered.
7) When placing an application, the "Comparative Table of Bids of Participants" must be completed in full, in accordance with the required columns, without reference to the commercial proposal (for example, "see. KP ")
- The delivery time must be indicated in the comparative table and commercial proposal in calendar days.
- The delivery basis must indicate: either "Warehouse of the fuel and energy complex in Omsk" or "Warehouse of the consignee in Omsk".
