Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1. Prices should be indicated taking into account installation and adjustment at the buyer's site
2. Payment 100% within 30 banking days from the receipt of the goods to the warehouse of the recipient.
3. Payment for the goods can be carried out by the Buyer by transferring to the Supplier a bank bill of the SB RF with a maturity of 30 days. The transfer of the bill is carried out under the act of acceptance-transfer.

1. Replacement of materials specified in the application for similar is not allowed.
2. The delivery time of the consignment of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer - up to 10 working days after the signing of the specification

By sending a proposal (offer), the Supplier warrants that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Supplier shall submit tax reports for the most recent reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is missing or does not allow to verify with sufficient confidence the Supplier's good faith, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent supply of materials by the Supplier, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with the attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the delivery, information on ownership or lease rights: office, storage, production facilities, equipment / tools / machinery, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
