of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on

4. the Bidder of the procurement
procedure does not have overdue arrears on accrued
taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other
mandatory payments to budgets of any level or
state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed
reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25%
of the book value of the assets of the Bidder

publication of the procurement procedure

the experience of providing services");
13. the
Bidder must confirm the availability of qualified
labor resources, including certified specialists
for timely and high-quality fulfillment of
obligations under the contract (confirmed by
filling out and submitting the "Information on
Human Resources" form as part of the Bid for
participation, copies of certificates of
specialists);
14. the Bidder must confirm the
experience of working with advertising budgets
from 500,000 rubles /month. for one client – at
least 2 (two) years (confirmed by the completed
form "Information on experience in providing
services" provided as part of the Bid For
participation);
15. the Bidder must confirm that
the agency has partner certificates from the
Yandex key platform (confirmed by a scanned copy
of the certificates provided as part of the Bid
For participation);
16. the Bidder must confirm
the availability of national awards (at least 3)
for projects in the field of medicine, sports,
hotel business (confirmed by a scanned copy of the
diploma provided as part of the Bid For
participation and a link to the award
website).
The Bidder must provide a media plan in
the form of appendix no. 8 to this Invitation as
part of the Bid For participation.
In case of
failure to submit the above documents, your Bid
For participation in the procurement procedure
will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is an
internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers
by the Company and should not be considered as a
Competitive Bidding Process in the sense of
articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian
Federation, and also is not a public tender, which
is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of
the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye
reserves the right at any time to refuse to
continue conducting this Procurement Procedure, to
change the terms of its conduct, as well as to
refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier
whose offer is recognized as the best based on the
results of the procurement procedure.
At the same
time, any expenses related to participation in the
procurement procedure shall be borne by the Bidder
independently, the specified expenses will not be
reimbursed under any circumstances by Sanatorium
Zapolyarye LLC.
