The Supplier must deliver the Goods on its own. Third party Involvement is permitted only with the prior written permission of the Purchaser.
By Sending a proposal (offer) the Supplier warrants that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the Buyer's request, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax statements for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient certainty to ascertain the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-delivery of the Goods Supplier, including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for the performance of Works, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
