Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Terms of payment. For contracts with a price of up to 5 million rubles. inclusive of VAT: The Customer pays to the Contractor the services rendered within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of work, services (stage of work, services).
For contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles. inclusive of VAT: The Customer pays the Contractor the services rendered within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the work, the provision of services (the stage of the work, the provision of services) by the contractor / executor, and the submission by the contractor / contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract.
For SMEs, within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of work, services (stage of work, services)
The proposal must be submitted on the organization letterhead indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone, address, e-mail;
- validity period of the proposed price;
- basic conditions for the execution of the contract (term for the provision of services, payment procedure, etc.)
The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.
The technical and commercial proposal should contain a calculation of the cost of providing services in accordance with the form of Appendix 2.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail the occurrence of any Customer obligations.
