Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 30 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the recipient.
Delivery terms:
The equipment must be new in 2019. DDP Novorossiysk with the right to early delivery. Delivery time is April 30, 2020.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the BID of the bidder and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure (form attached). The cost should be indicated taking into account delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Proposals validity period - 60 days at least.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality.
Products should be new in 2019, with supporting documents that were not in use.
