Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Products are delivered to the buyer's warehouse (Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway, Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) taking into account all costs and risks of delivery and is accompanied by all necessary documents, according to the list specified in the supply agreement .

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:

1. Scanned copy of the quotation indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of constituent documents (if you are recognized as a winner);
3. Passport, certificate of conformity, permission to use, if the product is subject to mandatory certification;
4. Reference-list;
5. Information letter about the activities of your company;
6. Existing certificates of dealer, distributor, etc.

All documentation must be certified and sealed by an authorized representative of the enterprise.

Comments:
- Prices are excluding VAT.

- The winner of the competitive procedure is determined by the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Product quality;
3. Offers from manufacturers, authorized dealers, are priority;
4. The proposed product must be new;
5. The participant’s consent to sign a model agreement of LUKOIL-AIK LLC without a protocol of disagreement.


This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the day of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
