Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The winner of the Lot is obliged within 3 calendar days to review and send to the initiator the signed Model Contract of JSC "MANZRK", which is attached to the mailing documents.

The bidder must attach a quotation signed by the person responsible and on the letterhead. Quality Passport and Certificate of Conformity for the goods. Official Dealer Agreement. The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must match the price in the offer.
When applying to participate in the request for proposals, you must attach a signed copy of the questionnaire and the articles of incorporation (the list is supported by the documentation).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Внимание:1. Формат направляемого коммерческого предложения должен соответствовать приложенному формату.
2. Стоимость должна быть рассчитана до указанных базисов в форме КП.
3. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в формате Excel.
4. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня прикрепленному к документации, Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться
5.Срок действия КП не менее одного месяца.
